Corner protectors. Anyone know where these are from?

Good morning,
Some time ago, a customer returned a frame to us that was not made by us. It was originally purchased from gb posters(.com). We are attempting to locate the source of these corner protectors (please refer to the attached image). Although I have contacted gb posters, I have not received a response. I am curious if anyone here is familiar with these corner protectors. The sole identifier is the number 15, indicating their size. The material they are made of resembles the standard plastic used in 4-pint milk bottles found in supermarkets.
Kind regards,
Richard
