FramR pricing software issues.

Hi all,
Are any other users of Framiac’s FramR software having problems? They did a software update and we had some issues that over the hours of us not being able to price jobs did get fixed, then another issue that was also fixed but now we can’t get access, we simply can’t login, just a frozen screen. I’ve emailed FramR but haven’t heard back yet.
Panicking a little as we recently moved over to them and starting to think it was a bad choice.
Do they regularly have issues?

Hi Jamie

We use FramR and haven't seen any problems as you've described. We have it running on two PCs at the moment and both are fine. We had been experiencing some lagging issues a few months ago, but that was down to an aging and struggling PC rather than a FramR problem, as our other PC didn't have the same problems.

I assume you've contacted them via their Helpdesk? John is usually pretty quick at getting back to you. Hope it all gets sorted for you quickly.

Thanks for your reply, It’s all working again.
We had issues after they released an update (you may not have updated through the Microsoft store yet) but John seems to have fixed it all. We were having a meltdown as we use it over two stores and had to provide guesstimate type quotes and tell customers we would adjust pricing if we over quoted etc.

All sorted now and fully working, John from Framiac figured it all out. There were a few glitches within the recent update and one of our laptops still had the old version (which was switched off and hidden away) which was causing the Pro version to glitch.
