This was one of three frames I did for my niece, well for my brother for her 18th birthday 7 years ago.
She still does triathlons but no longer team GB; she’s a paramedic.
The shared slits to make W and V shapes with the ribbons always went down well.
Ribbons stitched on reverse, medals, melinex straps, of course.
