Bad mat corner cuts with a Valiani CMC 120 help please!

Hello. I have a Valiani mat pro CMC 120 and it's quite old now .
Most recently after the cut the corners are not as good as you can see in the picture i have attached . Can this be fixed?
Someone told me that it might be because the cutting head roller is worn out from so many years of use.
If that is indeed the cause of the issue does anyone know where can i order one? I live in Romania.

Most mat cutters have a "settings" screen for this. It appears that the start and stop plunging of the blade need to be adjusted.
