Well hi all its good to be back
. My spinal operation was a success and now I'm on my rehab program.
Not aloud to drive for another four weeks or work for 8 weeks. Desperate to get back to things and finish my workshop.
Anyway I have lots of reading to catch up on as there are quite a few posts.

Hi Gary. Glad to hear the good news.
Let's hope this good weather lasts through your rehab - sitting in the sunshine with a good book and a drink is great therapy for spinal problems, I believe.

Glad you’re feeling better. If you don’t mind me asking, what did you have, a spinal fusion?
Take it easy for a while. Avoid sky diving or bungie jumping for at least a week.
Just load up on happy pills for as long as you can. It’ll make the time go by
real nice.
