We’re Hiring! - Senior Picture Framer - CM3, Essex

[M+M Framing]

We are looking for an experienced picture framer to join our team. This is a full-time position which would suit a candidate with previous framing experience who is competent working independently within a small team of skilled framers.

£35,000 - £45,000 PA DOE
Location: South Woodham Ferrers, CM3, Essex
Full-Time
8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

What you’ll be doing...

• Measure, cut, and assemble frames according to customer specifications.

• Cutting glass, mount board, foam board, backing boards and other materials.

• Select appropriate materials and tools for framing projects.

• Mount artwork using various techniques, including float-mounting.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Machinery and tools you will use include:

• Morso

• Circular saw-cutting machines

• Underpinners, various models

• Point drivers

• CNC mount cutting machines

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 year previous experience as a picture framer.

• Good quality work and an eye for fine detail is necessary.

• Ability to work independently to tight deadlines and across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Full UK driving licence.
