The Egyptian holiday papyrus turned out OK in the end. Fitted directly against 3mm cast acrylic.

OK I'll start this week. I bought this piece of work from one of my artist customers and found the perfect moulding offcut straight away.

I've had this Pearl Jam poster in a tube for at least a decade.

I wanted to do something different with it and came across LJs 'Carbon', which unfortunately has been discontinued. I managed to source some from another framer but it wasn't enough to do what I would have liked.

Luckily Lion have introduced "Yakisugi" and so I've spent a few days putting this together...

...and I've just given up trying to post the images

The forum has had serious issues but I just made a reply with a photo attached and the preview was fine.

No worries anyway - here’s your thread on TFG!

and a previous one.

Haven’t seen stuff like this here for a long time, it’s excellent.

Thanks, tried a few times. Sometimes it'll preview but not post others it will post with no attachments, all withe having to log in repeatedly. No problem, thanks for doing that though, never really thought of linking it, not sure if that was frowned upon.

...and thanks for the positive feedback.

That looks great! Message me if you want any tips on burning your own. I've done a few with good results.
