Gunnar F1 hybrid. Having to be connected to wifi

Post by woodman-46 »

I have two Gunnar F1 hybrid cutters. I am over the moon with both of them.
Just one question please. One machine initialises ( software opens up completely). without having to be connected to wifi but the other machine has to be connected or the software closes down without initialising properly . I have spoken to Sarah at Gunnar and she hadn't come across this before.Any ideas about this anyone ?
Thanks

I've never used the software or the machines but could be be licensing thing? Or maybe the software is just corrupt? Is there a repair option or is it possible to reinstall the software again?
