Hi all,
I've been a member of this forum and a framer/business owner for the last 5 years, I just wanted to announce that I am finally releasing the web app that I have slowly been working on! I originally started it to help me pricing, but over time i've built it into a a full business tool to help with workflow. It's designed for small framing businesses to help with quotes, pricing, cutting and workflow, and managing clients. I basically designed it to save me time. I think it honestly can provide the most accurate quote possible.
I'm just wondering if any of you would like to test it? and some honest feedback would be great. I thought this would be the best place to try and get some feedback before properly launching it.
this is the website: www.framaid.app and you can get a month free trial to test with the code FRAMER30
Would love to know your thoughts and how it compares to what you currently use?
Thanks!
Andrew

Could you post some screenshots of the front end? The main pages? I'd be interested to get an idea of the design and layout before I'd commit to trialing it. I trialed a few before I found framiac, which was the one that made the most sense to use.

Is it browser based? I can’t get it to work on iPhone. Tried safari and Firefox?

Hi both,
Thanks for your feedback! there was a few issues earlier as it only went live yesterday. It should be fully working now.
For clarification, it is browser based, optimised for phone, tablet and laptop use. Just create a login and you can create up to 10 quotes before having to sign up for the paid tier - at this point use the code for a 30 day free trial to see how you get on.
I'm looking to improve it constantly so would welcome any feedback. It's built to try and accomodate all the different way that framers work, especially if you use hardwood mouldings and never know how to cost for all the different finishes.
Let me know how you get on!
Thanks
Andrew
