Has anybody got any advice for framing the drum skin pictured. Particularly on how to secure it.

It’s John, ex Angmering Framing, still can’t keep away from it!

I’ve done a few, the last one was see through. I built up circles of foam board topped with mount board and it was a simple tight fit
Other options would be a sink mount over the bottom grey part, or formed rods.

Here's one I did using a plate hanger pushed through the mountboard.
