Hi all. May I pick your brains! I don’t use acrylic - only real glass, however a regular customer has asked for two frames with acrylic in. Sizes are 25.9x19.7 & 21.4x20.7cm
Q1: Would 2mm be ok or should I buy 3mm thickness ?
Q2: suggestions on how to cut down a large sheet please? Straight edge and sharp blade?

2mm is absolutely fine for those sizes! You can order cut to size from Wessex. I have used a wall mounted panel cutter with acrylic blade, but I'll guess repeated strokes with a Stanley knife would work too if you have strong arms. Just don't scratch it.

2mm is fine at that size. You can order cut to size from most suppliers or cut your own.
A hooked blade is good for this and use repeated strokes and then snap over the edge of the table.
