Searching for a similar moulding to match.

Does anyone know please where I can find this moulding the customer says it is called Grosvenor and has the code CR289 and is wood. I’ve drawn a blank so far in trying to find it for her.

It could be LINE/0004 from Simons. Now discontinued.
Edit: Sorry image says LINE/0002 but that’s the moulding above in the catalogue I screen grabbed from

No unfortunately I have not seen it in person just been sent photos as the customer needs quotes for insurance purposes. I think that you might be onto something though with the Polcore. I thought that it might be that but had no luck or maybe patience to look through online catalogues especially as I’m away in holiday. Thank you so much for your reply and help. I’ve now sent the polcore image to her and asked her to measure the moulding width and send me a photo of the back of the frame so I can confirm. Thanks again you have been a great help.
