Hi Dermot,
Iam a valiani user too, and just getting to grips with all of its capabilities...i am finding the manual about as much use as a chocolate teapot, i think a lot has been lost in translation! however a couple of weeks ago, we had john (the mod here) service our machine, and there doesnt seem to be a question the man cant answer...(big up john!!. It took me ages to get over hand cutting the mounts, i enjoyed it, and was bloody good at it too...now its all at the touch of a button...makes life much easier when you are doing a repeat job, thats for sure...i would be interested to hear of your experiences, do you ever have problems with any of the conservation boards?
