Bit difficult to carry on framing in the dark

Suppose the measure of its effectiveness will be a jump in the birth rate in 9 months time

Why didn't they do it in the daytime?

Hey, I’m going to do my part.

I’m going to turn down the three way bulb to the first click while I’m watching TV this weekend.

And, I won’t use the remote control for at least the first 30 minutes.

Or, maybe, I’ll just drive aimlessly around town for an hour with the headlights off.
