keen cut ultimat gold

Hi all.I have a problem with my ultimat gold.I have only just got the thing
(well about 4 weeks) My problem is with the callibration,I can only get an acurate cut with the end -cut knob nearly falling off.This can't be right ,am I missing something?(a brain perhaps)

I love this forum and log in every day it is so usefull.

Chris. I have an Ultimat Gold as well.
Can you clarify the 'end cut knob nearly falling off' please.

Hi John. I am refering to the red callibration for under or overcut in order to get it spot on the ajustment screw is turned anti clock wise to the maximum.
