Just installed the latest Google Toolbar which adds extra functions to my web browser.

In addition to the pop-up blocker and auto-fill features, which I have found to be invaluable, it now incorporates a spell checker that enables you to check your spelling whenever you type in web forms (such as when posting to the forum).

Very easy to install and use - and it's free. 8)

Another good spell checker, which is also free for private use, is ieSpell which has the look and feel of the spell checker in Microsoft Word. Only works with Internet Explorer though.

It can be made to recognize the Microsoft Office custom dictionary which contains your own list of words (place names, technical words, etc.)

You can download it from their site - http://www.iespell.com/
