Mailshot through the door this morning from a supplier of backing board materials - its the best - the one and only - the rest is crap sort of message that i have had from at least two other suppliers of "a similar product".
I am now confused. It has to be said that being a very small industry the characters concerned in the Corikorwars are fairly well known without me putting a name to them and to say that the demise of the original company and its fairly forthright md seemed to leave open a fairly lucrative grab for the other interested parties.
I suppose we can only presume that Smurfit seem to make the same product for at least two of the interested parties, one can only conclude that the main beneficiaries may well end up as the framers who buy a product that seems to be competetivly priced.
