I am acting for a client from South Wales who has a Picture Framing and Furniture business for Sale.
My client has a large gallery as part od a leased premises he uses to run his Picture Framing business. There is a lot of stock include in the sale. The business is being sold at a price of £65000 SUBJECT TO CONTRACT. (The seller indicates that the stock is estimated at a value of around £250,000).
The seller is also prepared to splt the business and sell the Picture Framing part of the business at a price of £35000 SUBJECT TO CONTRACT.
The stock involved alone gives great value to this sale. It is too good a chance to miss having a look at.
