Would anyone know where I can purchase a Alfa MINI-MITRE Slip & Fillet Cutter (apart from Lion) or something similar, around the £150-200 mark please?

If you are currently using a Morsø, you might wish to look into Fillet Master. There is a video on their site which explains it much better than I could.

I used to avoid cutting fillets, if I could, since measuring those stupid internal miters was, for me, a hit and miss proposition. Once you get the FilletMaster calibrated, you will get dead-bang accurate measurements and miters the first time, every time.

I think it’s the greatest thing since cream filled cupcakes.
