Medals & other items

Post by Nigel Nobody »

This is a job I did some time back that includes medals and photos, a box, epaulets and a document. All items mounted to preservation standards using preservation quality materials.
Approx price then $600.

hey ormond - love it - wonderful display - full size and miniature meds as well (can the meds be removed?) ie are they on a brooch? Can i ask what would price be today approx £ equiv? also is that black core matt board - is that also conservation std .

That is a frame to be proud of - really like the 3d effect you have managed - brings it alive - also what is the presentation box?

mikey - brill job
when all is said and done - there is more said than done.

Mikey,
The medals could be removed, but they are not able to be removed and replaced easily.
It's a double mat, not black core. Alphamat is my standard mat!
Everything is conservation standard. I do all memorabilia to this standard.
The price would probably be 20% higher now.
It's just a standard moulding with a small box built on the back to give extra depth.
