wtd pricing for some cmc cut mounts

Hi all,

My Company is currently in the process of coming up with some product ideas for the school photographs side of the business and I need your help.
Looking for a price on large qtys, 500-1000+ mountboards cut in the following style.
2012_mount.jpg
Aperture size is 10"x7" with mount width of approx 1" around.

If someone could help me with prices that would be great, trying to talk the MD into buying me a CMC but need a product to sell it to him first :D

any help is greatly appreciated.
