I bought this underpinner new in September 2009 for £371 inc and it is complete with all tools, attachments and manual and is as new.
There are two lockable stop positions and one lock for multiple wedges, it has a foot operated auto rebate clamp and another pedal for driving the wedges-a green light to show you when the wedges are fully inserted. I will consider any serious offers. Nr Saxmundham in Suffolk.
