Slate 6 x 4 photo frame

Hi, does anyone have just one 6 x 4 slate photo frame (from DJSimons)? My customer wanted 2, I only had one in stock. Told her I would get some more, she paid for 2 and took the one I had. Simons out of stock. They have now said they aren't getting any more!!! My customer has been great so far but that only lasts so long. I'd rather keep her happy than have to go through a refund. Think she wanted a pair to stand on her fireplace so I imagine she'll not keep the one she has either. I know it's not a massive problem but it's so frustrating. Really pride myself on customer service. Please can anyone help?

Have you tried asking your Simons rep who else on their patch has bought the slate frames, or maybe the rep has a sample kicking around somehere

Yeah, she's been looking for me aswell. Thanks for suggestion though. Also like the comment of best framer. Very good.
