minimum payments

What a glorious monday morning here in Belfast, hasn't helped to turn off my grumpy not quite old woman mode though. 
Why oh why oh why do people insist on paying for £3 of picture hooks with a credit card. Surely they have £3 in their pocket. If they have to count out the 5ps and 10ps I'll take them. Do they not realise that I have to pay for the transactions, admitedly it's quite cheap, but still. I do have a £5 minimum policy but I let my card down and allowed the silly ((beep)) talk me into taking the card. Maybe I'm the silly ((beep))
Some people arrggghhhh. Going to put my minimum payment up to £10 on credit and debit cards.
