Hi
I am think of buying a cold laminator and was wondering how many framers use these, do you get your money back on them fairly quickly? Does anyone use them for bonding onto acrylic? Also I'm looking at buying a second hand one, and as I haven't used one before, i was wondering if there are any problems I should look out for?

Few months ago we purchased JM 44 and all I can say it is a great machine. We combine it with large format printer so it was a good investment for us.

The biggest problem with face-mounting photos to acrylic is dust (you really need dust-free room just for this and laminating) ... all other aspects you will learn with practice. Also you need to find optimal photo paper for face-mounting.
