A customer rings up or calls in and says he wants a shirt framed (or something else) and says he has a load of them that he needs doing, you end up giving a good price on the first one on the "promise" of work that never materializes in the future...
What's the best way of offering some sort of "rolling discount" ( I doint know what that means but it sounded good )
