Changing Blades on a Brevetti Prisma CE

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can help, I need to get the blades sharpened on a Brevetti Prisma CE but can't find any instructions on how to remove them.

Anyone taken these off before?

Wessex sell these, maybe they have a spare manual. Or contact Brevetti directly for a PDF, they have a website and a few videos on youtube, maybe they even do one showing how to change the blades.
