Examples of a new frame improving things

I have a business acquaintance and customer who is giving a presentation about the "art of the possible". She spends a good bit of time talking about reframing our personal stories to allow rather than envision a different future - I'm not quite sure what that means?
She emailed me to say "I'm wondering if you have images of things which appear so much better in the right frame. I'd like to use such imagery in a presentation."
I always forget to photograph good examples such as this and I was wondering whether anyone had any they were willing to share? I'm looking for before and after shots. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm sure others would be glad to see them on the forum too.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
Rolf

Sounds like one of those statements artists make about themselves in exhibition programmes.

As John Lennon once astutely observed -
avant garde is French for Bullsh*t.

Thanks guys, your input is much appreciated. I expect you'll be able to translate that too
By the lack of response everyone else is as bad as me at recording the marvel of framing that occurs in their workshop. Oh well, I'll just have to create something from the proverbial thin air.

Hi Rolf,
Why not get about four copies of a cheap print of even a greeting card, frame one in just a frame, one in a single mount and frame, the third in a double mount and a frame, and the fourth really over the top double mount, wash lines/ lipslips, ornate frame, museum glass. Take some photos and keep the real ones for your shop to display, from simple to WOW! also you could take them with you whenever you do any talks about framing.
Just a thought

Thanks Steve, you must have read my mind.
It's a good idea and I will probably do that but I was trying to provide a "live" example if I could. Something along the lines of an old print in a crap frame coming alive when expertly mounted and framed. Maybe I'll visit the charity shop, all my customers seem too!

Hi Rolf, not sure if it's too late but I have this before / after set of pics that I did for the website.
I can give you better quality if required.
Cheers

Thanks Peter,
I don't think it's too late and that's just great. Thanks for taking the time and trouble to post the photos. If I do need better copies I'll pm you. What moulding is that btw, is it an Arqadia one?
It certainly makes a better job of it and the picture does look so much better. Cheers.

Cheers Rolf, as always the picture doesn't really do it justice, but you get the idea.
The moulding was one I inherited although I do know the previous framer mainly bought from Arqadia so you may well be right.
