Does anyone know anywhere that provides a good, but affordable block mounting service please?
Thanks in anticipation,
Mark

Me?... got some premium 25mm blocks in presentation boxes. All faces have a black textured laminate and fittings. Set size range though...

Depending on the amount you want I can get 18mm MDF cut to size and edge laminate if that is of any use... would need to be a whole 8 x 4' sheet minimum
All laminate finishes possible... only Hotpress/Drytac used.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the offer, but a whole 8' x 4' sheet would be to much in one go for me.

Hi Mark
Sorry if I confused the matter.... the 25mm blocks are available as singles it was just if you needed a specific size that wasn't covered by the 25mm ones as they come to me as is.
I do have some of the 18mm with a laminated edge available too but again if I haven't got the size you wanted I would have to get a full sheet cut.
Tell me your requirements and I'll price it for you... that will be easier

I have just finished the latest block mounting job and decided that I wanted an easy way of doing this sort of job. I currently get the blocks cut by my local hardware store and spend time sanding, filling and painting the edges.
I'm just looking for a way of saving myself all the agro, so I can concentrate on more worthwhile things. I'm just too busy to do some things and in this case I think I'd be better off not doing it myself.

Thanks Steve,
At present I try to avoid block mounting, because I don't like sanding and painting the edges myself.
However, now I've been told about Citibloks I may promote block mounting to my customers.

They are really nice guys - as well as their standard size blocks they will make bespoke one off blocks with a cost close to the nearest standard size in their range.
Choice of 5 edge finishes
already pre-glued on the front - with my stuff
rich black backing film - prevents warping
keyhole hangers fitted - looks very professional too
no fuss - no dust - just great bloks
Now with 25% off your first order - to make samples - simply by saying you "are a good friend of Mr Hot Press" - ow cool is that
