I know there are various methods of framing football shirts, does anyone have step by step pictures ? If I have made a fomecore inner for the shirt to keep the shape, how do I attach that, once it is inside the shirt, to the back mount board?

Personally I use T pins from Lion
here
Some people use a microstitch gun also from lion but I find these support the weight of the shirt well.

I use the Fabric gun from lion, works really well. Link below:

I have taken photo's of a frame I made for a rugby shirt with the making process, will try to dig them off my other pc and upload.
Cheers

How do you secure the "other end" of the t pin to stop it pulling back through?

Hand stitch through the foam, shirt (at seams no as not to make visible holes) and board. Pre-drill the board to make it eaisier to push the needle through. I use small buttons on the foam and board to make sure the thread doesn't pull through. It's a bit fiddly at first but you soon get used to it.

I push the T from the shirt side hidden by the front of the shirt through the foam board former at a downward angle through the backing. You can usually access it through the neck and the bottom of a shirt as long as you are displaying in full and not folding. You can also often hide them just below seams as well.
