It really is out of square, honest.
Just finished this one this week, it's a Zen canvas (4.5cm deep) not at all square, the canvas measured 82cm x 73 at the widest points, there was up to 5cm difference on each length, each angle was different. The glass size ended up at 92x83cm at the widest points, moulding was Simon's Obec/0105 obeche stained brown mahog, conservation glass, 5.5 deep black foamcore spacers. Used a hand mitre saw to cut moulding, glued and clamped, then side pinned, black mount, glued to backing, then the canvas was attached with screws through from the back.
