I moved up from a cassesse cs79 to minigraf 4.


Anyone got a minigraf 4 underpinner, just need some advice please. I bought brand new one from a framing supply company , but they are not sure how to work it 100% correctly,so they cant really help me??!!
I just need a couple of easy questions answered please. If you could pm me your number and spare 10 mins of your time, Its all setup but got a couple of issues.

I find this incredible that a company would supply a product and not offer technical support.
