Morsa F - Help

Post by simon mcdonnell »

Can anyone help? 3 year old Morsa F - new blades, Lion sharpened - good general condition but refusing to cut mitre without gaping on rebate edge - fences are in line, but on the trim cut blades feel tight and moulding stock on left hand is forced outwards. Any advice would be very welcome.

And/or if anyone knows of a good cheap S/H or even new mitre saw for sale, please let me know.

Hi Simon,

Welcome to the forum.

We have recently discussed the Morso gap problem here
You might also find the answer that you are looking for by using the forum's search facility to find 'Morso'.

Try moving the left fence in a fraction out of line with the right side…..it may help………not sure why it works but it did for me in the past….

BTW welcome

Hi Simon,

Welcome to the FORUM.....how did you hear about it?
Nice to see a second poster from Bollington!
Did you get any help from that chap that Tove at Danlist suggested?
