I can't wait to see how he cuts the glass!

I was looking for youtubes of of the 5 channel memory minigragh underpinner (maybe a possible purchase soon) and ended up watching this . I wasn't really looking for tips making 10 x 8 frames, honest I wasn't .

He cuts the glass with a knife and fork, pure genius.

I have the index and middle finger missing on my left hand due to an accident 45 years ago on a spindle moulder.
(which is a very big version of what our acrobatic friend is using)
I could only watch him pushing the first length through. I had to switch it off. Couldn't watch the rest.
It makes my skin crawl when I see something like that.
The spindle was doing 4000 revs with 6" cutters. And all I had left was my little finger (they sewed my thumb & ring finger back on.)
That router is doing 20,000 revs. It won't take as many fingers off, but it'll make his eyes water. That's for sure

I've missed a trick here, I use mouldings which cost money from frame suppliers when from what I can see, you can make good frames by using wood from old fence panels. I have seen these are popular in all the posh galleries.

inspired by this vidio I have made some frames out of some old broom handles, can't wait for the rush of customers on Monday.

I checked out his other youtubes to see if I could pick up any other framing tips, imagine my delight when one of the afore mentioned videos is entitled Hunting with a five year old.
