I am looking to float a photograph printed on to fine art paper within a filleted deep rebate frame. I intend for the print to have a deckled edge and fasten to one or two pieces of foam core. I haven't decided whether to use a mount behind the glass. Question is how should I fasten the print down to the foam core - using double sided tape?

Thanks for posting a link to your website Mal, I've enjoyed reading some of your articles... those that are a pdf.
However, some of the others I can't open. It's probably something to do with me using Safari on an old mac (it usually is) but the downloaded files appear to have two extensions, e.g. framingmyths.pps.txt

Any ideas how I can open these? Thanks.

Hi Dave - I also have a Mac but don't appear to have any problems opening the files. I can open them either by clicking on the picture or on 'Slideshow' and I seem to remember that by clicking on slideshow you will be asked if you wish to download a file that allows the presentations to be read.

Thanks Mal, I've worked out that if I delete the .txt extension it then turns into a Power Point file which opens up nicely in Microsoft Office
