ask the place/person/website where you got the image from?

looks vaguely American I think, a bit familiar I have seen something very much like that also in black on the Grumble. Might be worth trawling through old posts over there.

Customer sent me the image, been crawling the net, this seems to be a growing problem for me, one I'm wasting more time on looking for mouldings that are only available in the US and I can't get anything similar.

The image may have come from here. http://katekessling.co.uk/skulls.php. It looks like a photoshop job so tracking down the original image of the frame may be tough. You might ask the owner of the websit though.

You could probably knock up a fair approximation. Simons do a big chunky 'pasta' ornate moulding with a domed shape. (7676/0070). Add a flat liner and paint it white. There is also 7676/0018 on a smaller scale.

I did a white frame not long ago using 7676/0034 with a liner. Looked cool.
