Hi there
Hi everyone new member here. Been framing for a couple of years but only for family and friends, I found this site today whilst trying to get advice on thickness of glass for frames (I'm making a big oak frame 100cm x 80cm). Really looking forward to interacting in the future.

Hi Bill,
You'll learn loads on this forum and make some friends too. Anything you need to know just ask. There's lots of framers more that happy to share their know how. This is the place where newbies learn fast and after a while are sharing their knowledge with others themselves. Welcome to the forum.

Re: Hi there
2mm glass comes in big sheets so i would be happy with 2mm.
Wessex do it in 3' x 4' (915mm x 1220mm) so a small cut and you're there.
