I think justin means when the mount is the same size as the artwork john and touching the spacer/fillet so its not squeezing it tight,

T hinges using a gummed tape or better. If possible without getting adhesive on the work, the window mount can be stuck down to the undermount with EVA. Backboards usually have a slight curve to them, sometimes just by making sure that the curve faces inwards, this can be enough to put pressure on ...

You can work to a outside dimension and mark the moulding on the back with a pencil line even with masking tape to protect the finish,

Hi Deepjoy You could try the heat press but i would tell the customer you cant give any guarantees, You could also try 5mm foam board in the back as well as a 2mm to 3mm mdf back if there is room in the rebate, There used to be people you could sublet washline mounts out to maybe have a ask on here,...

Thats interesting i use one of the energy comparison sites that is supposed to let me know the cheapest supplier, i'm with british gas at the moment and they have not informed me of a cheaper tariff, I was led to believe that all the companies was the same price at the moment.
