valiani fitted new red roller on green head

hi, Ifitted new red roller on green head on my valiani, however Iam getting a heavy "embossing" on the matboards. I T IS MANAGABLE ON PRE SIZED MATS BUT WHEN i CUT A MAT WITH AN OUTSIDE CUT, THE MARKING IS VERY NOTICEABLE ON THE MAT. At present I am cutting with the mat face down. Also when I cut a double mat, when the m/c is cutting the under mat the red roller "bumps" into the upper mat leaving a ridge the width of the roller. Any one got the solutions????

Kevin, you do not say what type of CMC that you have.
Why did you change the roller ?.
Was your previous roller marking the mountboard.
What mountboard are you using.
What head pressure are you using.

Before attempting to answer your question, it is information like this that would really help.

Re your double mount. - What 'reveal' are you using.
The normal reveal - to stop the roller 'bumping' is 5mm.
