For my mind it is one to spot weld two pieces of allthread on the upper and lower portions and then bolt through onto a 3mm thick MDF backboard. Well professional

The reason we couldn't cut from the back was the spring in the board. We have a vacuum bed and it was springing up - even with masking tape to hold it down. Hence top cut.

I have ust had a job in that needs a suedette mount with a bevel aperture. Cutting it is fine on my CMC but it leaves tramlines from the cutter roller around the cut-out. As I can't cut the bevel from the back, is there any way that the tramlines can be removed? Any help gratefully recieved

So just to recap, excluding the issue of conservation, Dibond or equivalent will stop the orange peel effect???

There is no option but to use cards or insist on cash only from 2015 when cheques will be phased out, but you can accept cheques until then but no guarantee.
